The Rancho Mirage Woman’s Club Announces Its Annual Gala Fundraiser

 
The Rancho Mirage Woman’s Club is a 501 © (3) non-profit charitable organization that has been serving the communities of the Coachella  Valley since 1963,   committed to the health, happiness and the well being of  children.  With the help of our wonderful membership, The Rancho Mirage Woman’s Club has raised over $1M and donated those funds to many organizations benefiting our local youth.
 
We hold entertaining and informative luncheons monthly during our season (September-May)   with like minded philanthropic women.  Our membership is open to all women who reside not only in Rancho Mirage but throughout the valley.  Any woman can join!!!  We welcome you… 
 
Each Spring, we produce a GALA fundraiser with tremendous support from local businesses, city leaders, other non-profits and our members.  This year, get ready to blast off for an unforgettable experience of cosplay-- Entitled “Out of this World”.   Please plan on joining us on March 20^th at the Ritz-Carlton for our annual fundraising luncheon.  Here is our schedule for that event:
 
10:00 a.m.  Champagne Reception & Silent Auction
12:00 p.m.  3 Course Lunch including champagne and wine
1:00 p.m.   Entertainment by LED Party Robots and DJ Music
 
This year’s fundraising recipients are: We Can Fish, Big Brothers & Sisters local chapter, For Shea, LaQuinta Old Town Artisan Studios Mobile Outreach Program, Boys and Girls Club of Cathedral City and the Ophelia Project.
 
Not sure what to wear?  Imagine walking into that famous Star Wars alien cantina scene –  the possibilities are endless.  Go glam as a galaxy goddess or starlit king.  Get bold as a shimmering supernova or cosmic meteor.  Have fun as an alien, astronaut or a playful Martian… or keep it simple with metallics, sequins, glow in the dark accents or any other space inspired style.
